Oy, the racism.

by admin on Nov.28, 2000, under Uncategorized

You can’t decry someone as a racist and then throw around a slew of racial epithets yourself and expect your accusation hold any weight.

I had just finished concluding a bit of business with this very nice, accommodating woman at a local store and had started browsing around when the sounds of an argument started up. It started with the man raising his voice a little, telling the woman to just leave something ‘the f@#k’ alone. At some point, she said, “I’m not going to leave it alone. You can’t call me that and expect me to be ok with it.”

Things escalated quickly and the man began yelling awful things at her – ‘fat white bitch’ ‘stupid f@#kin’ cracker bitch’. It seems pertinent to the story to point out that there were also families walking around with their children in this store. An older customer intervened, loudly saying, “Leave the store, sir!”

The man turned around and went on a mini tirade about racism, all the while saying, “F@#k all you white motherf@#kers!” and calling the rest of the customers in the store ‘cracker motherf@#kers’.

The thing that really gets me about all this is that – with this shining example of his character (or lack thereof), I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he didn’t retell the entire incident to anybody that would listen about how the ‘white cracker motherf@#kers’ were being racists against him.
